Information we collect
We collect information only when you provide it directly, through:
- The contact form, referral form, and free contact-form-generator share links — name, email, phone (where asked), and the message you enter.
- The newsletter signup in the site footer — your email address.
- The free AI guide download — your email address, or your name and email as returned by Google if you choose "Sign in with Google" instead of typing an email.
We do not run e-commerce or user accounts on this site, so we never collect payment information here.
How we use it
- To respond to the message or quote request you submitted.
- To send the newsletter or the free AI guide you requested.
- To keep a record of leads for our own follow-up — this is not sold or shared with unrelated third parties.
Third-party services this site uses
- Google Analytics (GA4) — standard site-traffic analytics on every page.
- Google reCAPTCHA v3 — runs on our forms to block automated spam submissions.
- Google Sign-In — optional, only if you choose it on the free AI guide page, to skip typing your email.
- SMTP2GO — the email delivery service that sends form submissions to our inbox.
Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data that passes through their service.
Security measures
Our forms use CSRF tokens, a honeypot field, and reCAPTCHA to reduce spam and abuse. We do not publish or expose submitted form data anywhere on the site.
Your choices
To be removed from our newsletter or lead records, email [email protected] and we'll delete the information we hold on you.
Changes to this policy
If what we collect or how we use it changes, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
